Treat all visitors with respect. Artists, vendors, and traders reserve the right to refuse service. Harassment of any kind will result in removal from the event and a ban from future Marketplace activities.
Hosts and Their Teams Are Here to Help
Our hosts and support teams are present to assist with event flow, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment. They are not responsible for resolving gameplay or account issues.Registering to Participate at an Event
When commissioning an artist, please provide all necessary details upfront to avoid delays.
If you plan to attend or apply as a vendor or helper, ensure you have read and understood all event guidelines before participating.

NSFW content of any kind is prohibited.
Respect everyone’s comfort levels regarding poses and general presentation.Use of External Tools & Plugins
We do not condone the use of third‑party plugins.
Event hosts are expected to clearly state their stance on visual immersion tools in general terms only, without naming or referencing specific software.Promotion & Advertising
Only registered vendors or official partners of Etheirys Marketplace may promote their work or services in designated channels (e.g., #self‑promotion) or during approved event times.
Do not advertise venues, streams, or services at other events without the host’s explicit consent.
Reporting Inappropriate Behavior.
We are not Game Masters
If you witness or experience inappropriate behavior, please use the in‑game report function to notify a GM.
Hosts and assistants may remove disruptive individuals from the event space only if the venue belongs to the Marketplace team, but enforcement of ToS violations is strictly handled by Square Enix.No RMT or Hacks
In accordance with Square Enix’s Terms of Service, any member found engaging in real‑money trading, hacking, or similar prohibited activities will be barred from future Marketplace events and removed from the server.
